July 2011, LUXeXceL - innovates, develops, manufactures and markets optical products, software and hardware by means of novel and patented digital printing, optical and lighting technologies, and BOOM Communications, a specialist in marketing and graphic communications industry, have set up a joint venture Luximpress.
LUXeXceL is headquartered in Goes, Netherlands, and also has a presence in Germany and in the United States.

July 2011, LUXeXceL Group B.V. and Tree Holding Goes B.V. have joined forces in a joint venture: LUXimpress B.V. Where LUXeXcel is a pioneer in three dimensional printing, BOOM Communicatie – part of Tree Holding – has specific knowledge of the marketing, graphic and communication industry. Together, the new products and concepts of Printoptical Technology and Printoptical Art will be globally marketed as part of the LUXeXceL Group.
Soon the brand new joint venture will open a web shop for applications with stained-glass effects. The print optical technology makes it possible to create customised stained-glass effects.
